Some tickets are still available for this concert on Friday May 12th at St John's Church, Healey, featuring the De Parys Trio.The trio of Jill Hughes (Flute), Martin Hughes (Violin) and Eric Hill (Guitar), three of the UK's leading professional musicians, will play a rare and beguiling combination of instruments. Formed in Bedford in 2009, the trio's name is linked to Sir Robert de Parys who lived in the twelfth century and who founded a school and hospital in the town.
The programme includes music for flute, violin and guitar by Bach, Paganini, Carulli, Rossini, Manuel de Falla and others.
