It was a sad task to have to put “Cancelled” notices on our roadside signs, made even more awful by finding that Highways had taken down our signs. as luck would have it Anne Collier of Collier Framing happened to see our signs in the Highways depot and alerted Stella who was able to retrieve them.
Many thanks to Anne. Highways have no obligation to notify us of their actions and our signs would just have been destroyed: a grievous cost to the Show.
