The Baynes family at Marley Cote Walls process the milk from their pedigree herd of Shorthorn and Ayrshire Dairy Cows and market it under the Northumbrian Pedigree brand.
Their milk and cream is sold at Slaley Village Shop as well as many other outlets in the area. Whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk are available as well as double, whipping and single cream.
